You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for any prescription contact lenses that you order. You represent and warrant to us by placing an order for prescription contact lenses that the information you enter into the site is valid and true and matches exactly to your prescription as provided by your eye care provider. You understand that we will not fulfill your order for prescription lenses unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.
Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process.
All payments are required to be made upon checkout. Orders will be cancelled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order can be made if the item(s) is still available.
Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to refund the full amount to customer if we are not able to deliver the ordered item due to some reason, eg:- defect on box and it’s the last piece.

We will not be held responsible or extend any further service for any damaged or loss packages during the delivery caused by courier company.

We make an effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see depends on the resolution of your monitor screen. Hence, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
